Toronto , ON (November 28, 2006) - Bioscrypt Inc. (TSX: BYT), announced today that Artemis Solutions Group (ASG) will distribute a private label BioCert® version of VeriSoft Universal Security Client (USC) as a core component of the BioCert® PCLokR™ and the upgraded BioCert® DataLokR™ Road Warrior Security Bundle. Bioscrypt further announces that ASG is now an authorized value added reseller (VAR) of VeriSoft Access Manager, focusing world-wide on the small and medium business sectors, and will be supported directly through ASG and its global network of solutions providers.
Introduced as a complete desktop PC security solution for Windows XP, the BioCert PCLokR allows authorized users to logon to their PC or secure files using biometric hardware technology and a customized version of VeriSoft USC developed for ASG under the BioCert label as the BioCert® Intelligent Identity Manager™ v2.0 (BIIM).

The BioCert® PCLokR™ and the upgraded BioCert® DataLokR™ Road Warrior Security Bundle are now available world-wide directly through www.biocert.com, www.biometricsdirect.com, www.iqbio.com and www.iqbio.eu Websites. It is also available through ASG resellers and solutions providers and through a partnership with Google Checkout and Amazon Marketplace. These sites have further information on additional hardware and software included in the BioCert® PCLokR™ Bundle and the BioCert® DataLokR™ Bundle as well as a complete price list.
The VeriSoft enabled BIIM is a full featured PC Security, Logon and Single-Sign-On Suite. It allows PC owners and small business administrators to limit access to their PCs, data and drives by using any of the three basic forms of authentication - something you know, something you have and something you are. Authentication methods supported include, fingerprint biometrics, pin code, password, token, PKI certificate and smart card – PKCS11 compatible.
Any of these methods may be used alone as single factor authentication or in combination for a more robust multi-factor authentication. Administrators can limit access by individual user, user groups, networks or VPN clients, enterprise wide, based upon established policies.

ASG will also be selling VeriSoft Access Manager to small and mid-size corporations that purchase ten or more licenses and wish to centrally administer the solution. Enterprise installation, training support and maintenance is also available for an additional fee.
